Hi! My name's Thomas Calder and I'm a photographer from Brisbane, Australia.

I come from a background in film-making and acting,which, as well as growing up around a highly creative and supportive family, still continues to help inspire a lot of my work.

My works are highly conceptual: Surreal, dreamy visual images that attempt to provoke feelings and emotions.

The intention of these pieces is to invite the observer to travel to a different place and share my different view of the world, to inspire them to think differently.

Nighttime, Again.

Hey guys!

I know it's been a long while since my last update, so I thought I'd drop you all a note to let you know what's going on with me.

Music's pretty much the big driving force in my life at the moment, My band "Ohai" is doing extremely well. we're being played on the radio here in Australia, and are getting an overwhelming amount of requests for when the album's coming out.

As for photography, I'm working on a big brand new series, which I'm hoping will end up as an exhibition plus a published book of the series.
